Christopher Michael Schultz
Chris serves as an Adjunct Professor in Baylor University School of Law’s Executive LL.M. Program in Litigation Management. He also serves as a Trial Advocacy Lecturer in Baylor Law’s J.D. Trial Advocacy Program. Chris previously spent nearly two decades as a commercial and intellectual property litigator with Perkins Coie LLP, an Am Law 50 firm where he founded and co-chaired one of the first full-service eDiscovery practice groups in the country. Thereafter, he was appointed Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Level 2 Legal Solutions where he served as the chief legal officer. A dedicated member and long-time supporter of The Sedona Conference, Chris was a contributing editor of Sedona’s groundbreaking Case for Cooperation “Brandeis Brief” journal article. He currently co-chairs and serves as a faculty member for The Sedona Conference Institute’s eDiscovery Negotiation Training program. |
